Overview

For the last 4 years I've designed each of the high flying covers for Douglas Michael's acclaimed sci-fi series, My Homemade Spaceship .

Over the course of 13 books I’ve been tasked with designing the cover artwork and book jackets, and typesetting the manuscripts for print.

Creative Direction

Creating covers for the series has been a balance between designing genre forward, on brand, sci-fi covers and adding fresh new ideas. I design each cover in the series to entice readers with exciting stories, dynamic action, and new flavors that keep them coming back book after book.
